Severn Ball Valves undertakes ongoing contracts to provide valve management, refurbishment, repair and testing. Dedicated purchasing and stockholding can also be handled.

By keeping an itinerary of all valve repairs and replacements the firm can identify repeat problems and take proactive steps to address production challenges. Fully-equipped onsite workshops and testing bays are complemented by containerised units for field deployment.

In-house testing and quality assurance is offered as standard on our quarter and multi-turn isolation valves. All tests are conducted under one roof, so you can witness testing and sign-off paperwork in a single visit.

Severn Ball Valves fleet of mobile workshops are equipped, tested and certified ready for deployment to your site; on or offshore.

Qualified on-site engineers are always available to meet any pre-dispatch needs. Valves can be coated or painted as necessary and packaging can be lightweight or robust depending on storage and transportation requirements.

Our internal documentation department can create bespoke packages in line with customer needs. We offer a wide range of tailored services, including certification, documentation, expediting and third-party inspection.

Our valve stock is specified to all primary FPAL, API and EU standards, including NORSOK and API 6a & 6d.
